Pause agent work
Switch off new work or cancel an eligible queued request. Campaigns have their own pause controls.
Agent switches stop new work being picked up. Job controls cancel eligible queued requests.
- Open Agents, then Settings.
- Under Your agents, switch a role off. An owner or admin is required.
- New work for that role waits until it is enabled again. Use the account switch to disable the team together.
Cancel a request
Open Work in progress, choose Details, and use Cancel request if offered. This is available for queued or deferred requests, not every running operation. Read the resulting status.
A prepared card is separate. Skip or cancel it in To review if you do not want it carried out. Cancelling a request does not recall messages or reverse completed work.
Pause sending
An agent switch does not stop a sending campaign. Pause the campaign in its own area: Pause, resume or stop a campaign. The older Pause this run control pauses a run record, not a campaign.
