Open Agents, then Settings. An owner or admin can change the account's business context and limits.

Setting What it controls
Your business Your description and writing voice. Use Add or Edit to save your words.
Who you sell to Your saved feed audience. Set up your feed or Edit your feed changes it for Insights and relevant agent work.
Your limits Maximum runs and prepared cards per day, plus quiet hours in UK time.
Sending Open Adapt Outreach settings to choose mailboxes, sending limits and hours.
Your agents The account switch and individual role switches. Disabled roles leave new work waiting.

Describe what you sell and how you want writing to sound. Where setup asks for your audience or proof, give specific facts a draft may use. A sample is: "Oakfield IT supports small Sheffield firms. Use short, plain sentences."

Saved words are context, not permission to contact anyone. Check every draft. Clearing an answer does not erase earlier drafts or activity.

Switch agents on when you want relevant events and requests processed. Set limits and quiet hours first. If a limit is reached or the account is quiet, jobs can wait.

Switching an agent off does not pause a campaign. Pause the campaign separately if sending must stop. See Pause agent work and Agent allowances and paid work.
