Follow saved jobs, inspect prepared work and read recorded decisions and findings.
Adapt saves job and review history so you can return after leaving the page.
- Open Agents and find Work in progress.
- Choose Details beside a job.
- Read its state, summary, attempt and any waiting or failure reason.
- Choose Review prepared work if an action is ready.
Waiting for your settings means the saved request cannot run under the current switches, quiet hours or allowances. Needs attention means it did not finish. Retry is offered only for eligible jobs within the same limits.
Done today lists today's decisions and what happened next. Use Open destination where offered. Supported saved drafts can offer Undo saved draft.
Results shows recorded totals and Optimise reviews. Unavailable or uncounted measures are not zero or proof of improved sales.
Insights findings opens saved analyses. Show the workings reveals filters, dates, counts and coverage; Inspect opens currently available records behind a comparison.
A character beside a record, inbox, campaign or calling page opens work for that context. Vela and connected assistants can also read saved context without starting another run.
Saved operational history is not a separate personal memory file for every role. See Agent limits and what still needs you.
