AI and your data
Understand which work uses AI, what account context it can receive and the controls that still apply.
Some Adapt features use an outside AI service to interpret a request or prepare writing. Ordinary database reads and saved results do not need another agent to reason about them.
Where AI can be used
| Work | Context it may need |
|---|---|
| Vela and agent requests | Your recent conversation and relevant information returned by permitted tools. |
| Describe your ideal customer | The description you enter. |
| Drafts and campaign writing | Saved business context and the records, evidence or conversation needed for the draft. |
| Insights explanations | Recorded findings and the counts and coverage behind them. |
| Voice | A recording to transcribe or text you choose to hear. |
Search filters, stored counts, saved results and ordinary account changes can be handled directly. Requesting a new explanation, draft or specialist job can use AI. Reading an existing job does not request it again.
Controls
- Account roles and workspace permissions still apply.
- Agent switches, quiet hours and daily limits control continuing work.
- Protected sending, publishing and recovery require human review. An assistant cannot approve itself.
- Saved work and activity let you inspect results. A draft is not evidence that a message was sent.
- The public demonstration uses product help and examples, without private customer records or account jobs.
Do not put passwords or connection secrets into a conversation. Complete account connections through their sign-in controls.
For the applicable privacy terms and processing arrangements, read Sub-processors and the privacy information linked from the website. This page does not establish an outside service's training or retention terms.
