Approvals and cards: why Adapt asks first
Protected actions show the exact work for your review before they run.
An approval card shows a prepared action so you can decide what should happen.
- Read the action, target, values, destination and warnings.
- Edit a supported draft if needed and review the saved words.
- Approve using the action's button, or skip or cancel.
- Read the result before continuing.
A protected action belongs to your account and workspace, expires and can run once. If the protected target changed after preparation, the old approval can be refused. Prepare a fresh review of the current work.
Opening a review link is not approval. An agent, key or external connector cannot act as the human approver.
Different actions have different effects
Saving a draft is not sending it. Some actions archive work; others can permanently remove it. Read the warning and do not assume every action is reversible. Undo saved draft, where offered, does not recall an email.
Ordinary changes made through a separately consented management connector can run directly. This does not remove human review from protected sending, publishing, restore or other declared actions.
If a result cannot confirm completion, inspect the target before retrying. An error does not guarantee all earlier steps were undone.
