Permissions, evidence and your control
Know what a prepared action, recorded fact and agent result can establish.
Adapt keeps permissions, evidence and human review with the work they govern.
| Boundary | What it means |
|---|---|
| Account access | Work is scoped to the signed-in account and workspace. Roles still apply. |
| Protected approval | Agents cannot approve their own prepared sending, publishing, restore or other protected action. |
| Campaign checks | Human approval does not bypass content, sender or recipient checks. |
| Missing facts | Missing or uncertain information stays labelled. A draft does not become an accepted fact. |
| Missing counts | Unavailable evidence is not presented as a hidden zero. |
| Credentials | Required sign-in and secret setup stay in the person's own flow. |
Some ordinary management operations run directly after explicit consent. Some removal operations are permanent. Read the exact contract and preview; Adapt does not promise that all changes wait for a card or that nothing is ever deleted.
A signal is not consent to contact someone or proof of buying intent. A completed draft is not a sent message. A queued job is not a completed result.
Check the recorded outcome. If it is uncertain, inspect before retrying. See Approvals and cards: why Adapt asks first, Agent limits and what still needs you and MCP limits and actions that still need you.
