What Workflows and Customise cannot do yet

A plain list of what is designed and visible but not connected, so you do not plan around it.

Everything on this page is visible in the app and does not work yet. Each control says so when you press it, and changes nothing.

Workflows

What Today
A workflow running on your real leads Not connected. The part that runs a workflow on the server is being built. Until it lands, workflows are saved in your browser and tested on a pretend lead.
Run counts, run history, "12 start now" Left out, because nothing has run.
Turn it on Marks it on in your browser. It says "Nothing runs on your leads yet."
Rules under CRM, Set up Asks the CRM for rules the server runs. It cannot get an answer yet. See Where leads come from, Rules and Connections.

Building

What Today
Drafting from a sketch photo Not connected.
Drafting from words Real. Vela drafts it with the propose-a-workflow skill and saves it as a draft rule in your CRM. Nothing runs until you turn it on; what Vela guessed and what it could not build are listed.
Ask us to add a block Nothing is sent.
Send it to the team Nothing is sent.
A template for a sector not in the store Not in the store yet.
Installing a template's CRM records, stages, forms and documents Not done. Only its workflows are added, in this browser.

Saving and sharing

  • Workflows, stories, layouts and saved views are in your browser, not shared with the team.
  • People you add to a workflow's team are added in this browser. Nobody is emailed.

What does work

  • Vela drafts a CRM rule from your words (the Describe box, or ask Vela in Ask). It is a draft: Try it on a real lead, then turn it on yourself.
  • Search agent researches the book: a rule step where Adapt's Search agent reads what Adapt already holds on the business (company register details, notices, regulator records, hiring, people moves, property records and the other signals in the UK book), scores the fit from 0 to 100 and writes the score and reasons into your CRM answers. No web search. Carry on only if then routes on the score.
  • Draft a message for approval: the AI writer writes an email or LinkedIn message. It waits for your approval and is never sent by a rule.

  • Building a workflow, block by block or from words.

  • Reading it back as a sentence.
  • Testing it on a pretend lead, with a line per step.
  • The Learn workflows guide.
  • Cards and page layouts for your own browser.
  • The CRM's own fields, views and automations, which save on the server. See Customise the CRM.
