We rely on legitimate interest for B2B contact data. The database contains business information only — no consumer data — and every individual can object to processing or have their record removed at any time.
The database holds business contact data for legitimate business-to-business outreach. We do not hold or sell consumer or personal-life data, and the platform must not be used for consumer marketing.
Anyone can ask us to remove their details — no account needed. Email hello@adaptleads.co.uk or use the data removal page with the detail to remove. We honour every opt-out and keep a suppression record so those details aren't re-added from future sources. Removals are handled within 30 days, in line with UK GDPR, and are free.
Our enrichment engine re-checks Companies House daily, finds directors and re-verifies emails against the mail server, so records stay current and mistakes get corrected over time. The quality grade on each record reflects its current state, not when it was first added.
