Found your business details on AdaptLeads and want them gone? No problem. Anyone can ask us to remove or suppress their information — you do not need an account, and it is completely free.
Any individual can ask us to remove or suppress their business contact details — for example a work email address, a business phone number, an address, or a director name that appears against a company. You do not need to be an AdaptLeads customer, and you do not need to create an account.
There are two easy ways:
To help us find and remove the right record quickly, please include the detail you want removed — for example the name, business email address, phone number, company or address. If you can add where you saw it or a link, that helps too. We may need to confirm a little detail to make sure we remove the correct record and protect against fraudulent requests.
We locate the record and suppress it across the database. We then add the details to a suppression record — a small, permanent note whose only job is to stop the same details being re-added if they appear in a future source. We will confirm once it is done.
We action removal requests promptly, and always within 30 days, in line with UK GDPR. In practice it is usually much sooner.
Removal is free of charge. There is no catch and no fee.
