What personal data we hold, why we are allowed to, and how you can access it or have it removed.

This policy explains how AdaptLeads, operated by Reeve Solutions Ltd ("we"), collects and uses personal data, the lawful basis we rely on, and the rights you have. It is written in plain English. AdaptLeads is a business-to-business service: we process business-context contact data only, and we do not build profiles for consumer marketing.
AdaptLeads is a UK business-to-business data platform, operated by Reeve Solutions Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). The application is available at app.adaptleads.co.uk.
For any privacy question, or to exercise your rights, email hello@adaptleads.co.uk. We are the controller for the personal data described in this policy.
AdaptLeads is built around business-context information. In practice, the personal data within our database is limited to:
Where we hold a customer account for you, we also process account data you provide: your name, work email address, company, a securely hashed password, and billing records held by our payment provider. We do not deliberately collect special-category data (such as health, race or political opinions), and you should not upload it to the platform.
Our business records are compiled from public and licensed sources, including public UK business registries, Companies House, and licensed business data. We also draw on publicly available business information, such as details a business itself publishes on its own website. We do not buy or use consumer marketing lists.
For the business contact data in our database, we rely on legitimate interests (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Our legitimate interest, and that of our customers, is to enable lawful business-to-business marketing and outreach between organisations.
We have carried out a balancing assessment. In summary:
You have the right to object to this processing at any time. If you do, we will suppress your details — see Your rights and Remove my data. For customer account data, our basis is performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in running the service.
We share data in a limited number of ways:
We do not sell your customer account data. We are not a consumer data broker.
We host and process data primarily in the UK and EU. Where any processor handles data outside the UK, we put appropriate safeguards in place — such as reliance on a UK adequacy decision, or standard contractual clauses (including the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum) where required.
We keep business records while they remain relevant and reasonably accurate, and we re-verify and remove stale entries over time. Where someone asks to be removed, we keep a minimal suppression record so that the same details are not re-added from future sources. We keep customer account data for the life of the account and for any period we are required to retain it by law (for example, tax and accounting records).
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
The quickest way to be removed is our Remove my data page — no account is needed and it is free. To exercise any other right, email hello@adaptleads.co.uk. We will respond within one month.
We keep cookies to a minimum and do not use third-party advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy for the full detail.
We protect data with encryption in transit, access controls and least-privilege permissions, securely hashed account passwords, and UK/EU-based hosting. We keep our practices under review as the service grows. [Formal certifications such as ISO 27001 — add if/when certified.]
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed, and we will flag material changes where appropriate.
If you have a concern about how we handle your data, please contact us first at hello@adaptleads.co.uk so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the UK's data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office, at ico.org.uk.
