Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may and may not do with AdaptLeads data and the platform. It forms part of our Terms of Service. The theme is simple: use the data for lawful business-to-business outreach, and always respect people's choices.

1. Scope

This policy applies to everyone who accesses AdaptLeads, operated by Reeve Solutions Ltd, including free and paid customers and anyone using an account. Breaking it is a breach of your agreement with us. If anything here is unclear, ask us at hello@adaptleads.co.uk before you act.

2. Permitted use

You may use the data for lawful business-to-business outreach that complies with UK GDPR and PECR. That means:

• contacting businesses about products or services that are genuinely relevant to them;
• identifying yourself clearly, and who you act for where relevant;
• providing a simple, working opt-out in every message;
• honouring opt-outs promptly and keeping your own suppression list;
• screening telephone numbers against the TPS/CTPS before calling.

3. Prohibited use

You must not:

• use the data for consumer or B2C marketing;
• send spam or unsolicited bulk messages that breach PECR;
• ignore opt-outs, unsubscribe requests or suppression records;
• resell, sub-licence, redistribute or publish the data without a reseller or Custom agreement with us;
• scrape, harvest, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the limits, security or metering of the platform;
• share your login credentials or let others use your account;
• use the data to harass, defraud, impersonate, deceive or discriminate against anyone;
• upload unlawful content, or use the data for any unlawful purpose.

4. Consequences of breach

If you breach this policy we may, depending on the seriousness, warn you, suspend or restrict your access, or terminate your account without refund. Where the law requires it, we may report the matter to the relevant authorities. Suspension or termination does not relieve you of your own responsibilities for outreach you have already sent.

5. Reporting abuse

If you believe someone is misusing AdaptLeads data, or you have received a message you think breaches this policy, please tell us at hello@adaptleads.co.uk. If you want your own details removed, use our Remove my data page.
